Teen Girl Raped In Apartment Bathroom

A 28 year old man has been arrested and charged with the rape of a 14 year old girl. Martinas Kelley, known as “Slim”, is accused of following the teen into an apartment on Hixson Pike and then forcing her into a shower.
The girl’s older sister and a friend told police that they found the victim in the bathroom wearing only a towell while Kelley was still in the shower.
Officers arrested Kelly, who faces several charges in the incident.
